@zwift does anyone know when the zwift ride needs to get new lube on it? They say i don´t need to lube it. So never ever or at some point?
This is awesome smart bike, it reduces cost of entry, and hopefully convince more people to Zwift. The video shows only one power cord, do handlebar buttons have battery and need to be periodically charged or they take power from the trainer? Can standard SPD pedals be installed?
I had to remove a small part of the handlebar bracket to be able so get the sled into the rail of the zwift ride, but did not see this part written or in your video, so I wonder if I srewed up here ?

I bought one and was pumped to set it up only to find out that the thru-axle is not engaging with the frame threads! Contacted support and have a new thru-axle on the way. I'm very frustrated!!!
Already performed spindown many times but the wrench is still there
Impossible to use the Kickr Climb and I would have liked to have the Kickr Core V6 instead.

Zwift judges made the right decision with Neve Bradbury - her victory at the Blockhaus on the 2024 Giro was stunning, then 3rd overall on GC. It was disappointing that none of the other contestants applauded her Zwift victory.

Wahoo Kickr attached to a Zwift bike.. This will have all the reliability and quality control of a bike from Ali Express..
IDK, all the reviews across the web and social channels seem to be very positive about the Zwift ride. The only drawback is the 170mm non adjustable crank arms.
@@smouvemouves More than likely "paid promotions". Go and search for all the wahoo kickr issues with inferior quality parts that don't seem to last very long. At least wahoo have good customer support when issues do arise. I will be happy to be proven wrong with the zwift bike, but time will tell. Non adjustable crank arms seems to be an oversight, one size fits all doesn't work with that design choice. Probably offer different cranks at a further expense down the line knowing zwift.
@@smouvemouves I would be happy to be proven wrong, it does look interesting. A quick search and you can find all sorts of issues with wahoo kickr's and kickr bikes. Inferior parts that don't last, poor construction choices that lead to some horrible ride experiences for some people, myself included. The "one size fits all" crank decision seems to be an oversight, and i wouldn't be surprised if zwift offered different cranks for a further expenses down the line. One positive is wahoo's customer service, they are pretty good when it comes to resolving issues.Dont be surprised if the positive reviews are "paid promotions". Also its too early to see the reliability as not many people actually have a zwift bike to ride or have put many miles on them.
@@Pezby69 I had the Kickr Core for several years and was lucky to have never experienced any issues with it. I definitely agree with you that Zwift missed the mark on the one size fits all crank. More than likely they'll release a future upgrade that addresses that. And yep, I've been careful regarding which reviews I'm looking at since some appear to have a "sponsored" feel to them. I've seen some independent user reviews that feel legitimate. I'll know soon enough if this bike is worth it or not since it's on the way to my house.

It surely is a great idea from zwift if built to last and of a good quality. It is def something i will keep an eye on as more possible reviews from "real riders" appear. Ok, bought in to the products, but sending back if I don’t find out the best way to cast the Zcomp app to a smart tv. Not this or that, what’s the best way to connect so there’s no lag on a smart TV. Tablet, PC, cord, Bluetooth?

All I am getting from them is that it has been shipped and they are looking into it. I would be cautious before ordering. For the record i am in Ireland.

Hello, has anyone had issues installing the handlebars? I have placed them correctly but can’t tighten them down, there was a loose baseplate, plastic tube and bolt in the bag with the handlebars but can’t figure out how these should sit. Unfortunately no guide online or in the installation book, I’m guessing this bit should some at least partially pre assembled?

Currently the Zwift Ride is only available as a bundle. We are working to launch a frame-only version by fall 24!
